Apostle Islands 2005 / Shady CampsiteAfter beaching our crafts, Amy reported that the campsite was "in the shade and out of the wind." While this might sound good after baking on the water all day, my heart sank. The only thing missing was a little mud, but otherwise it was a perfect breeding ground for mosquitos and other biting bugs. |
