Colorado Trip / Arriving at Crater LakeYes, the views could get better the closer you got. Crater Lake is a couple miles of moderate hiking from the parking lot meaning we only had to share the view with a handful of people who wanted to pretend we weren't there, just like we pretended they weren't there either. It's much easier to tolerate people when we all agree to mutually ignore each other. |
