Markets (San Francisco el Alto)

There weren't many gringos in the market besides us, but there were a few. The savvy vendors took the high ground and displayed their souveneirs--blankets, quilts, purses, etc.--from a tower overlooking the rest of the market. Below, you can see a woman carrying her belongings on her head--a very common site in Guatemala.
