| Xela Our first (and one of only a few) big meals out was at Albamar. We didn't know this at the time, but they're one of Guatemala's corporate giants and we probably would have given our money to a smaller, local place. However, the food here turned out to be quite a bit better than the few smaller, local places, too--sort of the opposite than in the US. Here, Amy is about to dig into a chicken covered in something similar to a mole sauce. |
