This place was packed (wall-to-wall people) with the hip and trendy crowd. The restaurant is a training ground for apprentice chefs who usually move on to work in the finest restaurants in the country, so it's no wonder that the pintxos here are knock-your-socks-off crazy good, and also affordable. This one is a fried foie gras with some devilishly good sauce.
