Bar Gorriti was next door to our hotel and a lot lower-key than many of the pintxo bars we visited, but it was probably my all around favorite. Simple four-bite sandwiches (ham, sundried tomato, wedge of cheese for example) that managed to have way more flavor than you would expect.
