Chocolatería San Ginés serves up some mean (and kinda greasy) churros con chocolate, or churros with chocolate. Unlike the churros you find in many American theme parks, these don't have a sugar coating and are more or less fried dough. The chocolate is soupy and not very sweet; we learned by watching others that you sweeten the chocolate with sugar packets, if you so desire. Churros are a Spanish staple but not our favorite.
