The finished product: gambas al ajillo and gambas gabardina. The breaded ones were a "whoops" since Amy wanted to order some shrimps that didn't have the heads on them. The only option besides the garlic shrimp were the breaded ones. That bread is used to soak up the remaning olive oil which is worth killing or dying for.
