One such
example is this cave filled to the rafters (I know, caves don't have rafters)
with aging queso de Cabrales, the famous cheese everyone loved
so much yet we couldn't seem to find a slice to save our lives. This place
gives tours of the cave and concludes with a tasting. When they're not
cerrado por obras of course, but we talked a nice woman (who
must smell like blue cheese all the time--I hope her husband likes it)
into letting us snap a photo. |
