Almost all of the time, gambas ajillo is really very good. We had a few okay dishes and one downright bad version (at a tourist trap in Madrid), but there are also those that are somehow more outstanding than even the very good ones. I don't know how, but Bar Zodiac managed to serve up one of the best gambas ajillos we've had.
