| Now for the secret ingredient - Jiffy Corn Bread Mix. You put the mix in a plastic bag and work out the lumps, then squeeze it out over the top of the chili. By putting the cover back on and turning the heat to low, it creates a baking effect and the mix rises like it would in an oven. This is also a nice shot of the modest rock I got Amy for our engagement. |
