Arizona Trip - March 2004

Welcome to a quick photographic recap of Trent and Amy's spring excursion to Arizona! The highlighted area on the map shows the areas we traveled through. Clicking on the links below will take you to the photos from the trip. Have fun!

  • Saguaro National Park - Tucson actually splits this park in two. We went to the park's visitor's center, hiked around, camped out in the hills, and then hit a few hiking trails.
  • Southeast and Tombstone - After seeing Saguaro, we headed south to Nogales on the border and then east, through a ghost town with Trent's mom's maiden namesake, through an old mining town named Bisbee, and finally to Tombstone, home of the O.K. Corral and the shootout that made it famous.
  • Organ Pipe Cactus N.M. - Located in the middle of nowhere, this National Monument is the only place in the U.S. where the Organ Pipe Cactus grows.
  • Sedona - Situated between Phoenix and Flagstaff, Sedona has tons of hikes through red rock country.
