We made this one up on the fly: the Yooper Mimosa. "Yooper" is of course the nickname of the people of Michigan's Upper Peninsula, or U.P. If you live in the U.P., you're a Yooper. A "mimosa" is three parts champagne with two parts orange juice and is considered high class.

The Yooper Mimosa is three parts boxed Pinot Grigio and two parts Kool Aid Orange singles and is not considered high class. Or even drinkable for that matter.
